Our Intellectual Property Staff is delighted to inform you that the General Directorate of Industrial Property (DIGERPI) has published the Official Bulletin No. 312 (trademarks) and Official Bulletin No. 312 (Patents), on September 17, 2014.
In this bulletin you will find details of the trademarks that have been recently requested before DIGERPI and that has passed the registrations exam successfully.
The term to submit opposition actions against the published trademarks is of two (2) months, counted from the date of the publication.
The deadline for this Bulletin is November 18, 2014.

Nuestro equipo de Propiedad Intelectual se complace en informarle que la Dirección General del Registro de la Propiedad Industrial (DIGERPI), ha publicado el Boletín Oficial No. 312 (Marcas) y el Boletín Oficial No. 312 (Patentes) del 17 de Septiembre de 2014.
En este Boletín encontrará detalles sobre las marcas que han sido recientemente solicitadas ante la DIGERPI y que han pasado satisfactoriamente el examen de registro.
El plazo para presentar demandas de oposición en contra de las marcas publicadas es de dos (2) meses, contados a partir de la fecha de publicación respectiva.
La fecha de vencimiento del Boletín arriba mencionado es el 18 de Noviembre de 2014.
